How wonderful it is to say that your work was completed with such skill and professionalism. As we admire our lovely new room addition, we could not be happier!

From your first meeting with us we knew that you were a hands-on builder. Not just designing the addition and passing the drawings to the craftsmen, but overseeing every detail. You were able to provide us with excellent carpentry, mechanical, electrical, flooring, and plumbing workmanship. Your attention to details was so pleasing to us. We had such high demands for perfection and you and your craftsmen aimed for this goal.

We had some ideas of design of our own and you worked with these ideas, added touches of your own, and created a room beyond our dreams. Each day you were on site to make sure the job ran smoothly. Your contract craftsmen were very qualified and worked together to allow us to realize the planned goals.

You were available immediately by phone conversation or on a site visit during the times that we needed to communicate with you. Whenever you were needed, you were there. That is a trait often times overlooked in the building industry. You made the commitment for frequent communication during our initial visits and you certainly lived up to this pledge.

In relation to total project costs, we were certainly pleased that the project came in at the initially agreed upon price. When we saw things that we wanted either changed or added, you and your team were readily willing to meet our every request. As well, we appreciate your designer eye for detail and how that brought the project to such and attractive final product.

We’ve enjoyed the project and look forward to future endeavors with Thomas Pruitt Builders. Be assured this relationship will be long term.
